I was one of five composers to write music for the rhythm game Beats of Fury. This opportunity was found through my participation in the Higher Eclectic Ground networking group.

I'm raising money to buy very high quality music composing software so I can compete in the professional composing world. The software will cost about $1,300. If you'd like to help out, a donation of any amount is greatly appreciated. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=5874066

I have finally finished my music website, calebcuzner.com! Please check it out.

Some of it's features:

A new user-friendly music requesting system for custom music for your games, videos, and other productions

Hundreds of free mp3s for use in your productions categorized by genre

A portfolio of some of the projects my music is used in

and more!

Hello Everyone,

I recently returned from a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I did not write any music during that time as to fully put forth all my effort to the work required of me as a missionary. But I am now back home and am excited to write music again.

I will be uploading more mp3s as I start writing music for more productions. I'm striving to build back up the amount of projects to work on back to the rate it was at before I left. Therefore, if you need any music for a production of any kind, feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to write custom music for it.

I apologize for not responding quicker to any messages sent to me while I was gone.

I am officially leaving on my mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which will last from June 2013 to June 2015. I cannot be contacted while on my mission, and will not be writing any music during that time. When I return, I will only reopen my free composing service if I do not secure a payed composing job or internship.

Meanwhile, I will greatly appreciate it if you become a fan on any or all of the following websites, which I have updated to have links to downloads of many or all my released mp3 songs:
Facebook
Soundcloud
ReverbNation
YouTube
Newgrounds
Twitter

I will also greatly appreciate it if you make a donation of any amount.

It has been a pleasure working with all of you and my composing service has literally changed my life. I look forward to working on more composing projects when I return from my mission and I hope to be successful in building a professional career in this field. I will see you all in two years!

Hello everyone,

I will be going off to college soon, and I need donations desperately in order to support myself and support my composing. If I do not receive enough donations, it is possible that I will have to find money through potentially time-consuming means, which could possibly minimize or even eliminate the time I have to write music.

I would like to keep my composing service at Game Maker Community running at a consistent and most efficient pace, so in order to do so I will need donations. Without donations my service could be slowed down and possibly even halted.

So, please donate!

Thank you,
Caleb Cuzner

I have created a facebook page in order to have a more universal connection with my fans and all the people I work with on all the sites I compose for.

Like my page if you would like to keep up with the projects I work on, or if you would just like to show your support:

Thank you.

This past holiday season, I (Caleb Cuzner) worked on a collaboration project with one of my fellow composers, Ben Tibbets. We wrote a Christmas song based on a story of how Santa Claus made his first toy.

You can listen to the song here:
How Santa Made his First Toy (bensmusic.org) (listen)
How Santa Made his First Toy (solidfiles.com) (download then listen)

This song contains quotes from 12 different Christmas songs:
O Holy Night
Santa Claus is Coming to Town
O Come O Come Emanuel
The Christmas Song
Jingle Bells
White Christmas
God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen
Silent Night
March of the Toys
Joy to the World
Carol of the Bells
I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus
-See if you can find them all!-

The story the song is based on can be read here

You can view more of Ben Tibbets work here:
bensmusic.org

You can view more of my (Caleb Cuzner's) work at my newgrounds profile or at my composing service.

I was planning on making an mp3 version of this song to be posted on this site, but my software wasn't cooperating so I could not do it at this time. If you would like to make an mp3 version, feel free, just keep Ben Tibbets & me notified, and credit us for the composition.

As you may know, the songs I write are all originally midi, and I convert some of the better ones to mp3 with FL Studio for use on newgrounds. I am starting to upload a few of my songs onto newgrounds, and eventually I plan to have a rather large library of songs hosted on this site for use of showing people samples of my work.

In my "Favorite Audio," you can see that those songs' descriptions state that they are originally composed by me. What they are are remixes of my songs created by other people.

Hey everybody!

I have been working with Darthmarus on songs for his game he's working on. What we have been doing is I write a song (or give a song I've written) for him, and then he remixes it as mp3 for his game (see my Audio Favorites.) He has showed me the software he uses, which is FL Studio, and I too have begun to remix my songs. I plan on posting the new mp3 versions of my songs on newgrounds soon, just as soon as the first one gets moderator approval. I plan on creating a decently large library of the songs, hosted on newgrounds, and use newgrounds as the site for my links to direct to when giving people mp3 samples of my music.
